Service Provision Policy

The policy of providing non-qualified services to MADKOM SA, complies with the requirements of the Act on trust services and electronic identification of 5 September 2016, defines the types and scope of non-qualified services provided as well as technical and organizational solutions used by the entity providing trusted non-qualified services.It also specifies the rules for the provision of non-qualified services consisting in verifying the status of certificates on-line and of receipt and submission certificates (including official receipt and submission certificates).

All functionalities are available free of charge to all interested users - including the ability to integrate with the default shared key API included in documentation. The ability to check the historical verification result is secured by the reCAPTCHA mechanism.

Madkom SA reserves that access to an unlimited number of signature verifications using the API and the website can be limited by the presence of ads or the reCAPTCHA mechanism.
